STRANGER THINGS – The Phenomenon Stranger Things doesn’t seem to be stopping. While season 4 of Netflix’s fantasy series has just ended, two of its stars, Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven) and Noah Schnapp (Will), went to the “Stranger Fan Meet 5” this Sunday at Paris to meet their fans, most of whom came with their families.
The traditional convention dedicated to the universe of Stranger Things was of course not free for the followers of the program, which according to The Parisian had to pay between 140 and 160 euros to attend. That’s not all, since asking for an autograph or a photo with Millie Bobby Brown also had a cost, and not just any cost: 110 and 140 euros.
“It’s expensive for what it is”
Added up these expenses can quickly seem delusional. “I paid around 950 euros”, confided a young boy to the Parisian. For this mother, the total sum amounted to more than 500 euros, “but we keep smiling”, she relativized. “It’s a small budget, that’s for sure,” acknowledged this father who came with his daughter. “I think it’s expensive for what it is,” concluded a spectator, who also came with her daughter.
Some of these fans were still able to realize their dream this Sunday. Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp have also organized a small singing session with their audience. The opportunity to hum for a moment the lyrics of the iconic hit of this season 4, Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush.
As reminded The Parisian, an ephemeral store dedicated to the series was born on the Champs Elysées a few weeks ago, with there too objects at sometimes disproportionate prices. A “Stranger Fan Meet 6” will also take place in December 2022, once again in Paris.
