Optimizing construction site management – Trends-Tendances on PC

Since its launch in March 2020, Pluriell’s mission has been to facilitate site monitoring by connecting all stakeholders and ensuring access to information on a single platform.

The day-to-day management of a real estate project often involves frustrations, wasted time and a lack of collaboration between architects, project managers, clients and other stakeholders. Thanks to its solution, the Nivelles start-up Pluriell allows you to have an overview of the status of your projects, the workload of your employees and to consult in detail the evolution of the different phases. “Today, our solution makes it possible to follow the progress of a construction site live as one follows an order made on the internet”, explains Nicolas Renquin, co-founder of the start-up which…

“Today, our solution makes it possible to follow the progress of a construction site live as one follows an order made on the internet”, explains Nicolas Renquin, co-founder of the start-up which employs ten people. Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Dropbox, WeTransfer, SMS or e-mail…, the founders Nicolas Renquin and Renaud Croix have found that too often, the tools available to site managers are not suitable. “Our application covers all the facets of site management”, they specify. On average, they estimate that the platform saves 45 minutes per site report, processes 25 fewer emails per day and saves four hours of meetings. The tool centralizes a maximum of functionalities necessary for the management of construction sites. Planning, minutes, quotes, administration or tasks to be performed… Everything is listed in a personalized space on the platform. The price of this solution varies according to the features and modules activated. It fluctuates between 20 and 35 euros per month and per user. For the moment, 2,000 users (managers and external actors included) are active each month. “In just one year, the number of users has doubled”, emphasizes Nicolas Renquin. Thanks to this user feedback, the start-up has developed a new version of its solution and will integrate new modules, namely invoicing and calls for tenders. “There are many accounting software but that of the platform is suitable for architects and building trades, which have a very specific way of invoicing”, add the founders. Projects can in fact last several months or years and are billed in stages. They are also very dependent on the price of materials. “This module therefore facilitates the work of entrepreneurs but also allows more transparency for the client.” The implementation of this functionality was accelerated thanks to a second fundraising carried out by the start-up. Two new private investors joined the capital, including Jean-François Cuylits, the founder of Winbooks, an accounting and management software. The amount is not disclosed but it is described as “comfortable to ensure rapid growth of the business.” After the development of these new modules, the start-up wishes to innovate by integrating environmental aspects into the platform. “Thanks to Pluriell, we could also calculate the carbon emissions of each real estate project easily. This is our next project.”
