They cut the cord and help keep mom and baby safe and we’re told mom, dad and baby are all doing well, babies wait for no one.

So, they pulled over on the side of Highway 62 in Comanche County. Apache EMTs were called in and sprang to action.”Sort of what went through my head is it’s a bit stressful, you know, and a bit exciting,” Luis Jaquez said. “Off the side of the highway is one of those things.
